Gene Austin has over 30 years of experience in leading both private and public software and technology companies. Most recently, Austin was the CEO of Bazaarvoice, and previous to that was the CEO of Convio, where he led a team that grew the business to a successful IPO in 2010 and eventual sale to Blackbaud in 2012. Prior to Convio, Austin was a member of the executive team that took CareerBuilder.com public in 1999.

Tyson Greer leads the Software organization at Quorum and is responsible for product and technology direction in addition to overseeing innovation, engineering, product management & customer success across the company’s entire portfolio of software solutions serving the energy value chain. With over 15 years in both technology and energy, he brings a unique depth and breadth of experience across both domains to the role in addition to a proven track record of innovation and leading high performing teams. While at Quorum he has filled a variety of roles including product management, software development, solutions consulting and leading Quorum’s Energy Transportation and Marketing vertical. Mr. Greer holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University.

Lindsey Herndon Goodgion is Chief Sales Officer for Quorum. In this role, Mrs. Goodgion is responsible for all sales, account management, and commercial activities worldwide. With 15 years of oil and gas industry experience, Mrs. Goodgion has held a variety of roles within Quorum including key roles in Client Delivery and Product Support. Mrs. Goodgion holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Roy Queener joined Quorum in 2005, developing over a decade of experience delivering technology to the oil and gas industry for companies ranging from juniors to supermajors. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Queener has cultivated a strong passion for driving a customer focus and creating innovative solutions. Most recently, Mr. Queener was responsible for Quorum's U.S. Midstream & Transportation commercial activities as an Account Manager and currently leads Quorum’s Canadian Business Unit. Queener holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas (UT) at Austin.

Olivier Thierry (“OT”) is the Chief Marketing Office for Quorum. Prior to Quorum, Mr. Thierry held executive leadership positions in several successful private and public software and technology corporations. He has built and managed high performance marketing teams in software companies in systems and network management, security management, applications development and middleware, SaaS, open source, storage, unified collaboration, virtualization and cloud, and oil & gas. Most recently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for Zimbra, Inc., a global leader in unified collaboration. Prior to Zimbra Olivier also served as CEO of Fiveruns, CMO at Zenoss, and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Alliances at NetIQ. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree (Cum Laude) with a double major in marketing, and computers and systems from McGill University in Montreal Canada.

David Townsend leads the Services organization at Quorum where he is responsible for driving the strategy, methodology, and execution of Quorum’s professional services and outsourcing practice. With over 19 years of professional services experience in technology and energy, he brings a breadth of experience in leading high performance teams and working with clients to drive their digital transformation. Prior to joining Quorum, David spent 12 years with Accenture. In his role as an Account Executive, he was primarily responsible for client engagement, program planning, as well as proposal development in the Resources Market Unit. Mr. Townsend holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.

Tom Lacy is the Executive Vice President of Engineering at Quorum, where he oversees the development of all Quorum’s products. Lacy brings over two decades of software development leadership experience to Quorum. Most recently, he was the vice president of engineering at Bazaarvoice, a $200M SaaS company focused on consumer-generated content solutions for leading retail brands. Before that, Lacy led engineering and quality assurance teams at Convio, a leading provider of digital solutions to help nonprofits engage supporters in a faster, more effective manner. Lacy holds a Masters in Geography and Cartography from Texas State University.?

As Chief Financial Officer at Quorum, Clay Myers is responsible for leading the company’s accounting and finance organization. Myers brings to Quorum more than 25 years of financial and operational leadership experience in the technology sector. Prior to Quorum, he spent six years in finance and operations roles at One Technologies, a provider of digital products and services in the consumer analytics arena. Myers also served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at telecommunications provider HyperCube LLC. Under his leadership, the company achieved CAGR above 34% over six years and was acquired in 2012. Myers is a CPA and holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
